Ordering
You can order directly through our website using FPX or credit/debit card. Prefer a more personal touch? You’re welcome to place a manual order by messaging us on WhatsApp at +601139921316 — just let us know what you’d like and we’ll sort it out together.
All our plants come with a pot — each one is carefully selected to complement the plant. Please note that in the unlikely event the displayed pot is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with another pot of similar size.
Photos are for display purposes only. The actual plant may differ in appearance, including leaf size, shape, and colour — this is the nature of living plants, and we think that’s what makes each one special. Scale may also vary, so the plant and pot may appear larger or smaller in person than they do in the photo. Every order is inspected before it leaves us to make sure you’re getting a healthy, beautiful plant.

Payment
For website orders, we accept FPX (online banking) and credit/debit card — all processed securely through our site. For manual WhatsApp orders, we’ll arrange payment directly with you.
Any payment gateway fees, transaction fees, or taxes imposed by the payment provider are borne by the customer. These will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your payment — no surprises!
Yes. All online payments are processed through our website’s secure checkout. We do not store your card or banking details.
Yes, from time to time we run promotions and special offers! Discounts may be applied automatically on our website during a sale, or via a promo code that you can enter at checkout. Keep an eye on our Instagram (@twoplants.my) and TikTok for the latest deals — that’s where we announce them first. Promo codes are subject to terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Easy! At checkout, look for the “Discount code” or “Promo code” field, enter your code exactly as given, and hit apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you confirm payment. Make sure to apply it before completing your order — we’re unable to apply promo codes retroactively once an order has been placed.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Klang Valley only — door to door, straight to you. If you’re outside Klang Valley, please contact us via WhatsApp at +601139921316 or Instagram DM (@twoplants.my) to arrange a separate delivery.
Flat rate RM 12 for all orders within Klang Valley. Simple, no calculator needed.
Once your order is placed, expect your plants within up to 2 weeks. We’ll make sure everything is packed fresh and ready for their new home.
Not at the moment — we’re delivery only. This may change in the future so stay tuned!

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order — plants can’t sit in the heat for long! If you need to reschedule, message us at least 1 day before your delivery date.
Cancelation & Returns
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Since we pack orders quickly to keep plants fresh, we’re unable to cancel once packing has begun. To cancel, message us immediately via WhatsApp at +601139921316, email at support@twoplants.my, or Instagram DM (@twoplants.my) with your order number. Cancellations are issued as store credit — we do not process cash refunds for cancelled orders.
Because our plants are living things, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve left us — they’re perishable and conditions during return transit can cause serious damage. Every plant is individually inspected and carefully packed before dispatch. If something isn’t right when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll take care of it. This policy applies to all live plants. Pots, soil mix, and accessories have a separate returns process — see below.
We’re really sorry if this happens — it’s rare, but transit can be tough on plants. Take clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging, then message us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +601139921316, email at support@twoplants.my, or Instagram DM (@twoplants.my) with your order number and photos. Depending on availability, we’ll offer a replacement plant or store credit. You don’t need to return the damaged plant — no drama, no back-and-forth, we just want to make it right. Note: minor leaf browning or soil spillage from transit is normal and not covered — plants are tough, they’ll bounce back with good care!
Pots — especially ceramic and terracotta — can be fragile in transit. If yours arrives cracked or broken, send a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours along with your order number to WhatsApp at +601139921316, email at support@twoplants.my, or Instagram DM (@twoplants.my), and we’ll replace it or issue store credit. For soil mix, if the bag is torn or the contents are compromised, same process applies.
Oops, that’s on us! If you received the wrong plant, pot, or product, message us within 48 hours via WhatsApp at +601139921316, email at support@twoplants.my, or Instagram DM (@twoplants.my) with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange to send the correct item at no extra cost — and you can keep the wrong one too.
Plant Health Gurantee
Yes! All our plants come with a 14-day health guarantee from the date of delivery. If your plant shows signs of serious ill health within this period — beyond normal transit stress — contact us with photos and we’ll assess and make it right with a replacement or store credit.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care after delivery (incorrect watering, light conditions, temperature), normal transit stress such as minor leaf browning or wilting, or plants that have been repotted or treated with products not recommended by us.

Absolutely — we’d love to hear from you! You can leave a review on our website, Google My Business, or tag us on Instagram and TikTok (@twoplants.my). All website reviews are moderated before publishing to keep things genuine and helpful for everyone.
Website reviews go through a quick moderation check before going live. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, false information, or spam — honest feedback, good or bad, is always welcome.
