These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TwoPlants website and any purchases made through our platform or via manual order on WhatsApp. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Us
TwoPlants is a trading name operated by KITA DUA NIAGA (Registration No. 202603042450 / LA0086630-A), registered under the Business Registration Act 1956. Our registered address is No 33, Kg Melayu Panchor, 84500 Panchor, Johor, Malaysia.

2. Orders
2.1 Orders can be placed through our website or manually via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if the delivery address is outside our service area. You will be notified promptly and issued store credit.
2.3 For custom or bulk orders arranged via WhatsApp, a confirmation message from our team constitutes acceptance of your order.
2.4 If a plant is not listed on our website, you may request a custom sourcing order via WhatsApp. Availability is not guaranteed and we will confirm before any payment is collected.
2.5 All plants are sold with a selected pot.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept FPX (online banking) and credit/debit card via our website’s secure checkout. Manual WhatsApp orders are paid via arrangements confirmed directly with our team.
3.3 TwoPlants reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.
3.4 Any payment gateway fees, transaction fees, or taxes imposed by the payment provider are borne by the customer and will be reflected at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3.5 We do not store your card or banking details. All online payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
4. Delivery
4.1 We deliver within Klang Valley only via door-to-door delivery. For deliveries outside Klang Valley, please contact us to arrange separately.
4.2 Orders are fulfilled within up to 2 weeks from the date of order placement.
4.3 A flat delivery fee of RM 12 applies to all orders within Klang Valley.
4.4 Self-collection is not available at this time.
4.5 For customers outside Klang Valley who wish to arrange their own courier, TwoPlants is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of plants or products once they have been handed to a third-party courier.
4.6 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. TwoPlants is not liable for damage resulting from unattended deliveries.
5. Cancellations & Returns
5.1 Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM. Cancellations are issued as store credit. We do not process cash refunds for cancelled orders.
5.2 Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5.3 As live plants are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. All plant sales are final once delivered.
5.4 Claims for damaged plants, pots, or soil mix must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims for wrong items must be submitted within 48 hours. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
5.5 Our 14-day plant health guarantee covers serious ill health arising from conditions prior to or during delivery. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, incorrect watering or light conditions, repotting, or use of third-party products after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the TwoPlants website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of KITA DUA NIAGA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Reviews & Comments
7.1 Customers are welcome to leave reviews and comments on our website, Google My Business, and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
7.2 All reviews submitted on our website are moderated before publishing. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any review that contains offensive language, false information, spam, or content that violates our community standards.
7.3 By submitting a review, you confirm that your feedback is based on your genuine personal experience and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
7.4 TwoPlants does not pay for, incentivise, or manipulate reviews in any way. All published reviews reflect honest customer experiences.
7.5 We reserve the right to respond publicly to reviews across all platforms in a professional and respectful manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TwoPlants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the original order.
8.2 We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but the actual plant may differ in appearance, including leaf size, shape, and colour. Scale may also vary — the plant and pot may appear larger or smaller in person than they do in the photo. In the unlikely event that the displayed pot is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with another pot of similar size.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
